As part of the “Taste of the New York Jets” festivities, team members will participate in a fashion show featuring menswear styles from Saks Fifth Avenue. Ahead of his runway appearance, Demario Davis got some assistance with his sartorial game, thanks to a visit from Saks VP, Men’s Fashion Director, Eric Jennings. The Jets partnered with Saks Fifth Avenue on a menswear series called “Fashion Blitz.”
Jennings visited the Jets linebacker for a “Fashion Blitz” of his closet. He checked out Davis’ wardrobe options, the fit of his suits, clothing items that need to be replaced, and his vast collection of sneakers. Russell Westbrook has some new competition in the underwear design game. The Oklahoma City Thunder guard has designed and modeled skivvy styles for the Kings & Jaxs brand. In similar fashion, his teammate, Kevin Durant, has joined forces with Neff to develop an underwear collection.
“Before becoming friends with Kevin, I was a huge fan of him on and off the court,” Shaun Neff said. ”I am very excited to partner with him to create a great product that is functional and stylish that kids will want to put on every morning when they wake up.”
