Nick Young’s off-court clothing choices are as colorful as his personality. The L.A. Laker has been recognized for his sartorial sense, joining the ranks of NBA players who make front row appearances at runway shows and secure spots in fashion magazines. Most recently he was tapped to appear in Forever 21’s holiday campaign, together with his girlfriend and rapper, Iggy Azalea.

Russell Westbrook has some new competition in the underwear design game. The Oklahoma City Thunder guard has designed and modeled skivvy styles for the Kings & Jaxs brand. In similar fashion, his teammate, Kevin Durant, has joined forces with Neff to develop an underwear collection.
“Before becoming friends with Kevin, I was a huge fan of him on and off the court,” Shaun Neff said. ”I am very excited to partner with him to create a great product that is functional and stylish that kids will want to put on every morning when they wake up.”
The Neff brand is best known for its headwear fashions for the snowboarding, skating, surfing markets. The company has tapped Durant to help create an exclusive underwear collection, with styles to be worn on and off-the-court.

NBA athletes joined television stars last night at the Primetime Emmy Awards. Chris Bosh, Brook Lopez and Robin Lopez were among the style-conscious players in attendance, each outfitted in custom formalwear designs. They brought their sartorial A-game, clad in handsomely tailored tuxedos, created to fit and flatter their large frames.
Chris Bosh was sharply dressed in an ensemble from Waraire Boswell. A white tuxedo jacket was paired with black pants and a black bow tie. The complete look was styled by Kesha McLeod of Thomas Faison.
Brook and Robin Lopez posed together prior to the Emmy Awards red carpet. The brothers were outfitted in designs from Boushra Alchabaoun of Elevee Lifestyle. Brook wore a striking blue tux, while Robin chose a white jacket with contrasting black lapels and black pants.

LeBron James announced “I’m Coming Home” to the Cleveland Cavaliers and the news has been marked by a surge in LeBron-themed t-shirt styles. Retailers were quick to release an array of merchandise, complete with clever taglines and creative artwork. The apparel is flying off shelves, as Cleveland fans are now gearing up for a highly-anticipated NBA season.

Carmelo Anthony has long been a fan of the Rag & Bone brand. The NBA star is often a presence at Rag & Bone runway shows and he recently attended the Met Gala, wearing a custom design from the company. Last holiday season, he also curated gift picks from the brand. Now the Rag & Bone design duo of Marcus Wainwright and David Neville, have tapped Anthony to help showcase the Spring/Summer ’15 collection.
The company chose a range of famous faces to model the latest offerings. In lieu of a traditional fashion show, Rag & Bone highlighted new men’s styles with a series of portraits. Anthony represents the sports world, as the only athlete to appear in the photo set. He joined the likes of Jerry Seinfeld, photographer Glen Luchford, and tattoo artist Alex McWatt, among others. With the start of the 2013-2014 NBA season fast approaching, teams have been rolling out hardwood fashion updates. Each year brings a new crop of special-edition styles, with fresh colors, patterns and performance features. The New York Knicks, San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat are among the squads who will sport revamped gametime threads throughout the season.
The New York Knicks have unveiled an orange, alternate uniform. The all-over orange design features “New York” and players’ numbers in blue with white trim. Blue and white piping lines the collar of the jerseys and the bottom of the shorts. To break up the orange-on-orange ensemble, the shorts also include a thick blue waistband.
