In time for the US Open, Citizen Watch Company designed a special timepiece for Victoria Azarenka. The tennis champ has been an ambassador for the brand since 2012. The new watch is part of the company’s Ecosphere collection, a fashion-forward line that will first debut this fall.
The Victoria Azarenka Limited Edition Ecosphere features a rose gold-tone stainless steel case with white silicone strap and white dial, as well as Citizen Eco-Drive’s light-powered technology. The watch retails for $495 and is available here.

Evan Lysacek’s gold medal-winning figure skating performance was among the most memorable moments of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Though an injury kept the Olympic champ off-the-ice in Sochi, he was still a presence there, taking in the Games from a different perspective. His duties included serving as a correspondent for NBC’s “TODAY” show, tackling topics from skating to fashion.

The NFL has celebrated the 2013 season with a range of fashion-focused initiatives. An updated NFL Women’s Apparel Campaign shot by Patrick Demarchelier, a new series of in-stadium “Style Lounges,” and a collaboration with Marie Claire to develop “The Savvy Girl’s Guide to Football,” were all part of the style-centric lineup. In addition, the league tapped celebrity stylist, Phillip Bloch, as it’s first Creative Fashion Director.
Bloch has been an integral player this season, in helping to fuse football fandom with style. He was also the force behind the “Back to Football” fashion presentation in September. The Winter Olympics in Sochi are still months away, but the process of developing team fashions began long ago. The Games will mark the debut of freeskiing athletes, as the sport has joined the Olympic program for the first time. It’s also a first for The North Face, since the brand was tapped to design the U.S. Freeskiing competition uniforms.
In partnership with the athletes, The North Face established a specific style guide for the uniforms developed for all three freeskiing disciplines: halfpipe, slopestyle and skicross. The designs are meant to enhance each athlete’s performance, merging technical aspects with a standout style. In addition to the patriotic red, white and blue hues, the uniforms leave no detail unturned.
