Jake Arrieta has linked up with SAXX Underwear, as the company’s newest brand ambassador. The Chicago Cubs pitcher joins NBA all-star Kevin Love, big-wave surfer Mark Healey, and rally driver, Ken Block, who also work with the brand. Arrieta is featured in SAXX Underwear’s “Free to Move” campaign and will offer input in the design process.
“They have designed products specifically to fit my needs on the mound and off of it,” Arrieta said. “Every man could benefit from their technology and I’m looking forward to adding my opinion and ideas to the product design.”

In recent months, Express and Banana Republic have tapped pro athletes to front their new Spring campaigns. Chicago Cubs third baseman, Kris Bryant, followed in Steph Curry’s footsteps as the latest Express men’s ambassador. Banana Republic chose Cleveland Cavaliers forward, Kevin Love, as the brand’s inaugural style ambassador. Now Houston Texans wide receiver, DeAndre Hopkins, fronts Club Monaco’s new Bennett Chinos campaign.
“On any given day, you’d probably find me wearing them rolled at the ankles with a floral print shirt and clean sneakers,” said Hopkins.

Following the success of its NFL apparel collections, LEVI’s has shifted its sports focus to baseball, with a new line of MLB gear. In time for the start of the 2016 season, the retailer has revealed the “coastal rivalries collection,” with exclusive designs for four teams including: New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers, and San Francisco Giants.

In celebration of its 20th season, the WNBA has revealed a new crop of team uniforms for the 2016 season. Among the updates, all 12 WNBA teams will wear gear with a special logo on the back neckline of their jerseys, to pay tribute to the 20th season.To honor the three squads that competed in the league’s 1997 inaugural season, team-specific 20th season patches will be featured on the front left chest of the New York Liberty’s, Phoenix Mercury’s and Sparks’ jerseys during the 2016 season.

Following his gig as an underwear and fragrance model for Tommy Hilfiger, Rafael Nadal has teamed up with the fashion house to launch an exclusive collection of suits. As an extension of the Tommy Hilfiger Tailored Collection, the brand unveiled the THFLEX Rafael Nadal Capsule Collection, inspired by the tennis champ.
The range includes single-breasted and double-breasted suits, as well as six limited-edition shirts. The line is meant to merge Tommy Hilfiger’s tailored silhouettes with functionality, engineered to allow movement. As the brand explains: “Our TH Flex suiting offers great style in an innovative crease-resistant fabric that flexes to fit just right.”
