ODELL BECKHAM JR. PARTNERS WITH TWENTY TEES ON EXCLUSIVE LINE FOR BLOOMINGDALES

Following in the footsteps of teammates like Victor Cruz, Odell Beckham Jr. has raised his fashion game since joining the New York Giants. He is the latest sport star to link up with a retailer to debut a capsule collection.

Beckham Jr. has teamed up with knitwear brand Twenty Two, to release a capsule collection of apparel. The line, called “13 x Twenty,” merges his jersey number with the company name. PK SUBBAN’S FALL 2016 SUITING COLLECTION FOR RW AND CO

PK Subban is among the NHL’s sartorial standouts thanks to his eclectic sense of style. With a passion for fashion off-the-ice, the creation of his own fashion line was a natural progression.

The Nashville Predators defenceman launched his first ever collection of suits, a collaboration with Canadian retailer, RW&CO. Subban signed on as a style ambassador for the brand earlier this year, and his role has since expanded to design. The exclusive collection of menswear aligns with Subban’s personal suiting style, ranges from velvet blazers to tweed, double-breasted three-piece suits.

LEVIS AND NFL CREATE A COLLECTION OF APPAREL FOR ALL TEAMS

Denim is set to dominate gameday, as Levi’s has expanded its NFL offerings to include styles for all 32 squads. Levi’s first joined forces with the NFL in 2014, with a San Francisco 49’ers themed line to coincide with the inaugural year of Levi’s Stadium. Last season, six additional teams were added to the mix.

The latest apparel range is available for both men and women. Jackets feature subtle nods to team with smaller logo placement. The flannel shirts offer a louder display of pride, thanks to all-over team hues.

ERIC DECKER FRONTS SUPERDRY’S FALL FASHION CAMPAIGN

Eric Decker has added another fashion endeavor to his portfolio. The New York Jets wide receiver is the first U.S. ambassador British clothing company, Superdry. Decker is no stronger to fashion modeling, as he has also appeared in a campaign for Buffalo David Bitton. He also serves as one of the NFL’s Men’s Ambassadors this season, featured in the league’s new lifestyle campaign.

Superdry’s Fall fashion campaign features Decker is a range of the company’s styles, from leather jackets and trench coats, to denim and graphic tees. According to Decker, as ET Online shared:

ANTHONY DAVIS DEBUTS CAPSULE COLLECTION WITH SAKS FIFTH AVENUE

Saks Fifth Avenue teamed up with Anthony Davis to launch an exclusive capsule collection for the Fall 2016 season. The line, “SAKS FIFTH AVENUE X ANTHONY DAVIS,” falls under the retailer’s private label, Saks Fifth Avenue Collection. The range marks the first time the label has collaborated with an athlete on a men’s collection. Davis follows in the fashionable footsteps of NBA stars like Russell Westbrook, who has a line with Barneys.

The “SAKS FIFTH AVENUE X ANTHONY DAVIS” is made up of 11 styles, including elongated hoodies and tees, printed shirts, classic tees, bomber jackets, shorts, and sweatpants, in a black, white and red colorway.

RONDA ROUSEY FRONTS BUFFALO JEANS HOPE DENIM CAMPAIGN

Ronda Rousey first appeared in a Buffalo Jeans campaign in 2014. For the Fall 2016 season, the UFC champ and brand ambassador returns, to front the company’s new “Hope” denim campaign. Rousey is casually clad in a white tee in jeans in the updated shots.

The “Hope” silhouette features a no-gap waistline, with a generous fit in the thigh. The collection consists of 12 different styles, in blue, black and burgundy hues, with a range of cuts including skinny jean, straight-fit and boot cut options. The denim is offered in sizes 24 to 34, with prices ranging rom $59.00 – $89.00.

MO VAUGHN LAUNCHES “MVP COLLECTIONS” BIG & TALL MENSWEAR LINE

Mo Vaughn has turned his personal struggle to find apparel that fits his frame, into a new fashion endeavor. The three-time MLB All-Star and baseball MVP launched a Big & Tall menswear line, dubbed “MVP Collections.”

The 32-piece range includes tees, dress shirts, premium denim styles and activewear, all Made in the USA. The tops are available in sizes 1XL to 4XL, while denim is offered in 38″ to 50.” Items are meant to be transitional, thanks to 3 lifestyle collections described as: Athleisure, Weekend Wear and Night Out.

With the Summer Games quickly approaching, Vogue magazine has tapped Olympic gold medalist Ashton Eaton as its August cover star, alongside Gigi Hadid. The decathlete will be heading to Rio next month to compete, but first he snagged the fashion publication’s coveted cover spot, shot by Mario Testino. Eaton joins the likes of Ryan Lochte, Hope Solo and Serena Williams, who appeared on the cover of Vogue’s Olympics-themed issue in 2012.

SARTORIAL STATEMENTS FROM THE 2016 ESPY AWARDS

The biggest names in sports gathered last night for the 2016 ESPY Awards, to celebrate the year’s top performers and notable highlights on the field, the court and the ice. Each year, the ESPYS offers athletes an opportunity to showcase their sartorial chops. Team uniforms are replaced with bespoke suits and glamorous gowns. Helmets are removed to reveal perfectly coiffed manes. Cleats and sneakers are swapped for luxe footwear designs. Below A Glam Slam recaps fashions from the 2016 ESPYS:

Statement jackets were among the evening’s trends, in the form of patterned pieces and bold hues. Terrell Owens chose a floral printed jacket, while Richard Sherman opted for a vibrant blue textured jacket, to balance out his black-on-black ensemble. Steph Curry’s ALBA Legacy ensemble included a blue velvet design.
