Buffalo David Bitton has added another sports star to its roster. Chandler Parsons and Eric Decker have recently appeared in ads for the brand. Now the company has tapped Ronda Rousey, the first female athlete to front its “Buffalo Pro” campaign. This also marks the first fashion gig for the UFC champ.

To commemorate the San Francisco Giants’ World Series win and Madison Bumgarner’s postseason performance of “greatness,” Jockey designed a limited-edition style of skivvies. This marked the third World Series championship for the Giants pitcher. In his honor, the company unveiled the “MadBum” underwear as part of its ongoing Supporting Greatness campaign, which features historic greats including baseball legend, Babe Ruth.
“Jockey’s Supporting Greatness campaign recognizes and honors individuals who have achieved greatnesss,” said Dustin Cohn, CMO of Jockey International, Inc. “Madison Bumgarner is one of the all-time postseason greats with a name that’s a perfect fit for the Jockey brand. We’re proud he wears Jockey and congratulate him on a 3rd championship.”
The underwear is not for sale, but the company distributed a limited amount of the “MadBum” fashions at celebrations around the city following the team’s win, as well as the championship parade in San Francisco.

The Pittsburgh Steelers held their annual “Black and Gold Style” event to benefit the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program and the Cancer Caring Center. The festivities included a runway show, with players and their families serving as fashion models. The winner of the evening’s “Swag Award” went to Ross Ventrone, with “Junior Swag Award” honors going to Brett Kiesel’s children.
The night celebrated 40 years of Steelers Style with a theme of “Black and Gold Style: Then and Now.” Steelers Kelvin Beachum and Cameron Heyward served as the honorary co-captains for Black and Gold Style 2014. Former NFL player, Rocky Bleier, also had the title of honorary co-captain. Bleier was one of the founders of the Steelers’ Fashion Show in the 1970’s.

Forever 21 has previously launched NBA and World Cup themed apparel collections, and now the retailer has extended its sports reach to include hockey. The latest team styles celebrate the NHL’s seven Canadian teams including: Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers, Montreal Canadiens, Ottawa Senators, Toronto Maple Leafs, Vancouver Canucks, and Winnipeg Jets.
The line consists of dresses, hoodies, tanks, v-neck tees, muscle tees, and raglan tee styles. The officially licensed fashions feature team hues and logo graphics. Prices are affordable, ranging from $16.90 for a graphic tank to $27.90 for a hoodie.

After moving to New York, Eric Decker quickly scored his first fashion campaign. The New York Jets wide receiver appeared in ads for Buffalo David Bitton, showcasing the brand’s Fall collection. The company recently debuted a commercial featuring Decker as well.
To further promote the Buffalo Jeans collection, Decker visited Macy’s Herald Square to meet with fans, accompanied by his wife, Jessie James Decker. During the event, he spoke to USA Today’s “For The Win,” where he discussed New York’s ties to the fashion world:

Russell Westbrook has some new competition in the underwear design game. The Oklahoma City Thunder guard has designed and modeled skivvy styles for the Kings & Jaxs brand. In similar fashion, his teammate, Kevin Durant, has joined forces with Neff to develop an underwear collection.
“Before becoming friends with Kevin, I was a huge fan of him on and off the court,” Shaun Neff said. ”I am very excited to partner with him to create a great product that is functional and stylish that kids will want to put on every morning when they wake up.”
The Neff brand is best known for its headwear fashions for the snowboarding, skating, surfing markets. The company has tapped Durant to help create an exclusive underwear collection, with styles to be worn on and off-the-court.

Nicole Miller has collaborated with the Philadelphia 76ers, to create an exclusive dress for the Sixers Dancers. Miller will bring her design aesthetic to the hardwood for the 2014-15 season. Other pairings between professional sports teams and fashion designers have included the Philadelphia Eagles and Vera Wang. Wang made special uniforms for the Eagles Cheerleaders last season.

Victor Cruz isn’t the only sports star tapped to appear in a holiday fashion campaign this year. While Cruz dressed up for Gap Factory, Nick Young donned seasonal attire from Forever 21. The Los Angeles Lakers guard fronts the retailer’s holiday ads, together with his girlfriend, Iggy Azalea.
Among Nick’s featured ensembles are a black and white tuxedo jacket paired with plaid pants, a slim-fitting black suit with a black fedora, and a casual color block sweater. When speaking about the two-day fashion shoot, Young told People:
“Nothing [was hard], I’m Swaggy! It comes natural!”
