UGG FOR MEN LAUNCHES FIVE PART DIGITAL SERIES WITH TOM BRADY FOR FALL ’16
Since partnering with the brand in 2011, Tom Brady continues his role as UGG Men’s ambassador, with the launch of an updated campaign. For Fall ’16, Brady is joined by his New England Patriots teammate Julian Edelman, as well as actor Jeff Bridges. The campaign celebrates the notion of “Do Nothing,” and will run through November, with a five part digital series.
Within the spots, the trio demonstrates showcases UGG for Men footwear in a laid back, off-the-clock settings. The campaign was filmed in Los Angeles in partnership with Camp + King creative agency.
“The idea of ‘Do Nothing’ started last fall when I had a rare Sunday to watch football since we opened the season on a Thursday night. I relaxed on the couch wearing my favorite UGG slippers. I posted a photo on Facebook and it was history from there,” said Tom Brady, who has been the UGG® for Men brand ambassador for the past six years. “As an athlete I know firsthand the importance of sometimes taking time out to do nothing – it helps me recharge and perform when I’m on the field.”
The UGG Men’s footwear styles highlighted in the campaign included the lace-up Neumel retails for $120, the Ascot men’s slipper retails for $90 and the Scuff men’s slipper retails for $80. To shop the collection, visit here.
