2016 NHL AWARDS RED CARPET RUNDOWN

The 2016 NHL Awards were handed out last night at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Though sartorial honors were not be awarded, the league’s top dressed to impress for the evening. Check out a recap of the red carpet fashions below:

PK Subban, sporting a sleek, shawl collar jacket with black lapels from Sartorialto, paid homage to PK’s Helping Hand fund, adding a decorative element to the front breast pocket of his jacket.

Brent Burns is never one to shy away from a flashy red carpet fashion statement. Last night, the San Jose Shark stepped out in a teal and black tux, accessorizing with a black bow tie and his signature beard.

Patrick Kane, the evening’s Hart Trophy winner, donned a custom, navy tuxedo with black shawl collar, created by Gents Playbook.

John Varvatos continues to dominate the NHL Awards red carpet, outfitting a variety of players once again this year. Among those clad in the designer’s bespoke threads  were: Ben Bishop of the Tampa Bay Lightning, Mark Giordano of the Calgary Flames, Vladimir Tarasenko of the St. Louis Blues, and Braden Holtby of the Washington Capitals.

New York Ranger, Mats Zuccarello, chose a classic blue suit with a matching tie and a crisp white shirt.
