SPORTS STARS ATTEND THE “MANUS X MACHINA” MET GALA RED CARPET
Each year, Vogue’s Met Gala affords athletes an opportunity to trade the grit and grind of their game, for the glitz and glamour of the fashion world. This year’s theme, dubbed “Manus x Machina: Fashion in the Age of Technology,” had attendees donning metallic decorations and glow-in-the-dark-designs. A variety of pro athletes dressed up for the festivities, from World Series to World Cup champions. See what the sports stars wore to the 2016 Met Gala:
Carmelo Anthony has become a Met Gala regular in recent years. The New York Knicks forward was outfitted in a black and white tuxedo from Public School for the occasion.
