NHL AND REEBOK UNVEIL 2015 ALL-STAR JERSEY DESIGNS
The NHL has unveiled fresh new jersey designs from Reebok, for the 2015 All-Star Game. The black home jerseys and white away jerseys each feature pops of neon green trim. The bold color choice, dubbed “elite green,” is new to the NHL fashion game.
This was a fresher spin and a color that is unique,” lead NHL Reebok designer Dominic Fillion said. “No other team owns this color so that was unique and it complemented very well the black and white while bringing a great accent with high visibility. We wanted something energetic and bright enough that it would stand out and grab your attention.
“We wanted something that fans hadn’t seen on an NHL uniform before.”
Additional design features include an updated NHL shield on the chest. The shield features a chrome finish and two stars, meant to represent the two League conferences. The jerseys were also created with the authentic team logo and event mark on the shoulders, which is new with regard to the All-Star Game.
The 2015 Honda NHL All-Star Game will take place on January 25th, at Nationwide Area in Columbus, Ohio. Check out the uniforms:
