MLB ALL-STAR GAME RED CARPET FASHION STATEMENTS
MLB Network’s All-Star Game Red Carpet allowed the league’s best players to step into the sartorial spotlight, while offering fans a glimpse into their personal style. Baseball’s top stars had an opportunity to shine stylistically, as the event highlighted their off-field fashion game. An Oscars-style 360-degrees camera showed off players’ ensembles from head-to-toe. Below are the All-Star Game Red Carpet fashion highlights:
Derek Jeter: Jeter was sharply dressed for his 14th and final All-Star Game. The Captain appeared perfectly polished in a dark suit and purple tie, finished off with Ray-Ban aviators.
Robinson Cano: Cano’s style continues to be marked by sleek suits. He was GQ-ready in a bright blue suit, paired with a crisp white shirt and burgundy tie as well as a patterned pocket square.
Miguel Cabrera: Cabrera put his most fashionable foot forward on the red carpet, looking fresh in a bomber jacket with colorful trousers.
Giancarlo Stanton: Stanton was the epitome of cool, accenting his light gray jacket with a purple and white check shirt, a white pocket square, and a great pair of shades. His ensemble was designed by Jennifer Duran of Elevee Lifestyle.
Andrew McCutchen: McCutchen’s jacket featured the perfect summery blue hue, paired with a clean white shirt and a tie in a dark blue.
Yasiel Puig: Puig kept it casual in a purple crew neck, accessorized with a large #66 gold chain necklace.
Charlie Blackmon: Blackmon had fun with his fashion. He made a bold red carpet statement, donning a stars and striped themed shirt with a denim collar. His all-American style was reminiscent of the stars and stripes blazers of the Red Sox, a gift from Johnny Gomes, earlier this year.
Dee Gordon: Gordon took the casual route with his red carpet digs. His plaid button down shirt and black blazer combo was simple yet stylish.
