DEION SANDERS & MATT HASSELBECK HIT THE RUNWAY FOR MACY’S SUPER BOWL FASHION SHOW
Macy’s Herald Square helped to kick-off the Super Bowl XLVIII festivities with the opening of the World’s Largest NFL Shop. The “NFL Shop at Super Bowl” is a 36,000 square-foot space, covering the store’s 4th floor in merchandise and memorabilia. Features include a “Custom Zone” to personalize Super Bowl apparel and accessories along with AFC and NFC gear. In addition to a retail environment dedicated to the game, Macy’s also established in-store special events, including yesterday’s football-themed runway presentation.
The Super Bowl fashion show was hosted by NFL Hall of Famer, Deion Sanders, and the league’s Creative Fashion Director and celebrity stylist, Phillip Bloch. A range of famous faces hit the runway, including actress and singer China Anne McClain, E! reporter, Alicia Quarles, NFL Network’s Molly Qerim, as well as former Seattle Seahawks QB, Matt Hasselbeck, and Sanders. The models were dressed in NFL and Super Bowl specific fashions, in an effort to highlight the latest apparel offerings and show fans on how to remain stylish while rooting for their favorite teams.
