CHRIS PAUL COVERS GQ’S FALL STYLE PLAYBOOK
L.A. Clippers point guard, Chris Paul, graces the cover of GQ’s “Fall Style Playbook.” In his featured article, Paul talks playing hoops with the Clippers, why he doesn’t believe in trash talk and why he enjoys being short. For the full piece, read on here.
On the Clippers over the Lakers:
“They had the better pieces,” he says, “and winning with the Clippers would be legendary.”
Paul says he doesn’t believe in talking junk.
“I feel like I’ve worked so hard to get good,” he would tell me later, “I’m expected to score on you.”
Inside the magazine, Paul shows off his winning off-court style. While his approach to styling is not as flashy as other players, he’s always recognized as one of the league’s best-dressed. From sleek suits to cardigans, his looks can often be characterized as casual, cool and classy. The self-proclaimed Jordan shoe fanatic told AskMen.com that it’s important to care about what you wear: “I like to look presentable, dress nice. I am no female or anything like that, but I do like clothes and I love watches.”
In his GQ fashion shoot, Paul models “the casual pieces every man needs this season.” Check out a preview below and for additional shots, visit here.
