NIKE LAUNCHES WOMEN’S LIFESTYLE COLLECTION
In an effort to keep up with the brands who are taking a fashion-forward approach to activewear design, Nike is launching their first ever women’s “action lifestyle” collection of apparel and footwear, called Nike 6.0.
The new fashion-driven performance line was developed with close input from action sports athletes, including surfers Monyca Byrne-Wickey an Carissa Moore and snowboarder, Ellery Hollingsworth. With the help of these ladies, the pieces successfully merge the femininity that is often absent from sportswear with Nike’s signature performance enhancements like a zip-pocket or Dri-FIT fabric.
The collection features a variety of items ranging from tanks, tees and hoodie-lined jackets to brightly-colored kicks. And pieces will easily take you
from gym time to post-workout activities.
Prices range from $24 to $120 and the Nike Women’s 6.0 line will hit retailers in July. Here is a preview of some of the new looks:
