NIKE’S NEW LAUNCHES: FROM NATIVE AMERICANS TO…A REALLY TALL AMERICAN
Nike has recently debuted the Nike Air Native N7, a performance shoe designed for Native Americans. After much research and development, the shoe was created to address specific width and fit requirements for the Native American foot and the shoe’s design is also inspired by Native American culture.
To further support Nike’s commitment to the Native American community, profits from the sale of the Nike Air Native N7 will support “Let Me Play” programs on Native American lands, that leverage sports to promote an active and healthy lifestyle.
The Nike Air Native N7 will only be available through Nike’s Native Business Program as an additional way for Native American communities to provide Nike products to their members through health promotion and disease prevention programs.
Nike has also just launched Lebron James’ latest signature shoe, the The Collection 3.0: Nike Air Max LeBron VII. These super stylish shoes feature Flywire technology, helping to make them feel lightweight. They also include a few personal touches from LeBron like his autograph on the tongue and his favorite inspirational words: Passion, Fearless, Tradition, Community,
According to a press statement, James says, “The new LeBron VII takes my signature line to a new level of innovation,” said LeBron James. “As the demands of my game evolve and increase, Nike consistently designs and develops shoes helping drive my on-court success.”
And that’s not all. A Cleveland player, but a NY fan, James has also released The Collection 3.0: Air Max LeBron VII New York. These sneakers feature the same white and navy color combo as the original Nike Air Max LeBron VII, but this Yankees edition has some special features, to honor LeBron’s favorite baseball team. The shoes include the words “New York” and the number “27” for the team’s 27th World Series win.
